工作地点：新加坡
Responsibilities:
•Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities (AOI, Sputter, Lithography)
•Support Process Engineers in monitoring line performance / quality / yield
•Monitor abnormal lots on daily basis
•Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification / evaluation activities
•Ensure that the line complies in all the quality procedures / controls / system implemented by Process Engineers
•Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
•Support new product introduction / device and package qualification builds. •You will be required to work on 12hours shift pattern
Requirements:
•Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
•At least 1 year working experience in semiconductor industry
•Experienced in WLCSP Bumping process/ Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)/ Plating /PVD process will be advantage.
•Bumping process knowledge on Lithography, Sputter, Etching, Plating, Descum & Ball drop process will be preferred.
